South Korea's top automaker Hyundai Motor on Thursday introduced three-door compact car aimed at young customers, after 40 months development program that cost 270 billion won or 242 million U.S. dollars.
Veloster is Hyundai's first vehicle with an odd number of side doors, one on the driver's side and two on the passenger side.
"We developed Veloster to satisfy young customers in their 20s and 30s who want the lifestyle of the top individuals in the driving experience," said Yang Seung Suk, the president told reporters that the company's marketing.
